Placing and re-placing the monument was a full day's work. Left: Don Carlucci's crew measures and aligns the bronze against the base. 

Below, the monument arrives after being greeted by honks and thumbs-ups along the way from Louisville, KY through Ohio before arriving at the Harmar Township VFC in Cheswick, PA.  

The monument is now in ready for finishing touches.

Next steps: bronze plaques on the base. One is being refinished and the last two will be installed upon delivery
